  1. Chef Tommy, you are an inspiration. I’m building a food truck in the United States and I was wondering if there is any advice that you could give me. Any insights would be welcomed and I think that what you are doing is on another level and is the future of food.

      Thanks for reading! Your project sounds really interesting. As far as advice goes, I think I am under qualified to comment much on what you are doing. I just always think you have to do what you believe is right and good and stick at it. Source the best ingredients and show them off the best you can! Happy cooking!
